Immediate job openings at our Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in the Art Museum/Logan Square area of Philadelphia located on 20th Street between Callowhill & Hamilton Streets in the Target Shopping Center and next door to the old Philadelphia Sports Club. Hand & Stone spas are rapidly expanding across the US & Canada (550+ ) and provides professional massage, facials & hair removal services 7 days a week. 

What you do
*Answer phones/book appointments
*Greeter/check-in
*Use POS to ring out sale
*Sell memberships
*Great customer service
*Work in a team with massage therapists and estheticians to provide the best experience possible

What we need
  • Seeking individuals with proven ability of meeting and/or exceeding sales goals, demonstrated closing & overcoming objections skills. 
  • Effective & professional communication (verbal & direct eye contact) and listening skills. 
  • A positive people person, multi-tasker who is detail oriented and intuitive individual 
  • Minimum of 2 years of goals-driven sales experience preferably at a Hand & Stone or Massage Envy. 
  • Business development and client retention skills gives you a leg up! 
  • Ability to work flexible days (including weekends) and hours (daytime, evenings) and holidays 
  • The ideal candidate will consider sales, client satisfaction & customer service their passion and career track. 
Holding past positions in the spa/fitness/tanning membership sales industry is highly desirable. 
Working knowledge/savvy with point of sales computer program (preferably Zenoti). 
Education: College Degree or in progress desirable
